Barton Mallow Company
Before the memories of a project well done fade away, I wanted to thank you for a job well done at Paradise Valley Community College. Triad’s performance on this very challenging architectural structural steel project exceeded our expectations, and the final finished product shows the care and skill of the detailing and fabrication personnel at Triad. In summary, Imirzian Architects and the Project Owner were very pleased with the project, and without Triad’s great performance in the exposed Structural Architectural Steel components, this would not have been possible, and if anyone of your future customers or project owners would like to discuss Triad Steel Services’ performance, I would be happy to share this very positive experience with them.

CORE Construction
Please accept this letter of appreciation on behalf of CORE Construction Services of Arizona, Inc. in recognition of the outstanding performance of Triad Steel Services on the Santa Cruz Justice Complex project, where Triad Steel’s dedicated staff guided this project through the many obstacles that were presented and demonstrated with great competence that your by-line of being a full service contractor are real and not just words, and the final results exceeded all of CORE’s and the owner’s collective expectations while keeping the project well ahead of schedule. In conclusion, as this project nears its final conclusion, I can confidently say it is a job well done, and I would welcome the opportunity to share our success story with anyone considering your firm on a future building project.

I just wanted to take the time to thank you and your staff for the great performance at the Grace Court 6 project. The aggressive schedule and tight quarters to work in was a major concern and your company handled both flawlessly. Again, thank you for a job well done. I look forward to working with Triad in the future.

Jaynes Corporation of California
Please accept this letter of recommendation and appreciation for your truly outstanding structural and miscellaneous steel work on this project. As you know, this was a challenging California-DSA school project, and Triad Steel met and exceeded these challenges, completing its steel work on time and on budget, while your office and field staff handled the process seamlessly. Chuck, what I remember most is that Triad Steel always did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.

Kitchell Contractors
Triad Steel was the subcontractor for Kitchell Contractors on the SanTan Village Regional Shopping Center in Gilbert, Arizona. Triad’s project manager Jim Dalton provided on-site project management for all steel work on this project. Triad was consistently being asked to change directions due to design changes and yet worked with the entire team to make things happen. It was a pleasure working with Triad Steel, and I highly recommend them for any structural and miscellaneous steel work and will use them in the future without hesitation.

Layton Construction
Layton Construction and Triad Steel have worked together on numerous projects over the years and I myself have had the pleasure of recently working with Chuck Borre and Erik I’Anson on the Rivulon Commons Buildings A&B and C&D, and Chuck and team’s continuous attention to the detailing process, insightful tracking of the procurement for the project and desire to come together to vet through designs for intricate exterior steel window plates and exterior building canopy details was instrumental to a successful completion of the project. Layton Construction’s core motto is “Constructing with Integrity” and I feel that Triad Steel shares in that value, I hope to continue to do more work with Triad Steel and would recommend them to any Contractor looking to partner with a great steel fabricator.

Triad Steel was selected as a design assist and construction partner for the new Mark Anthony Brewing (MAB) facility currently underway in Glendale, Arizona based on their past performance with Layton Construction, and Triad was a key reason for the team’s success, jumping in at the design kick-off meeting with design and constructability suggestions and coordinating details with the architect, structural engineer, concrete tilt wall designer, and other members of the design team to effectively produce steel shops, erection drawings, and joist designs concurrently with the initial permit submittal drawings. Triad hit it out of the park, their meticulous attention to detail and follow-up was amazing, and I would willingly and eagerly team with them on all my projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent steel contractor to partner with.

It has been a pleasure to work with Triad Steel Services on the new Marshalls Distribution Center project, and your team’s efforts to place early orders with the mills and track casting, rolling, and shipping dates proved to be valuable as Triad then orchestrated the fabrication, delivery, and installation of the material through several phases, all of which met or exceeded our agreed-upon schedule milestones. We appreciated the pre-construction efforts of Steve Hamre as we looked for cost savings ideas, tightened the schedule, and finalized the agreement, Jim Dalton then took the baton without missing a step and led Triad through several expedited shop drawing phases, local fabrication efforts, joist and deck fabrication, and numerous timely deliveries which in turn led to a seamless installation process, to top it off, the quality is outstanding and the structure looks great, and we look forward to many more successful projects together.
